  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds

Method
 

  1. Smash the cucumbers: Gently smash cucumbers with a knife or rolling pin.
  2. Chop the cucumbers: Roughly chop the smashed cucumbers into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Make the dressing: Whisk together rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, chili garlic sauce, and minced garlic.
