Ingredients
  

Salad
  • 2 large cucumbers thinly sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
Dressing
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

  • to taste Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill optional

Method
 

  1. Combine cucumbers and garlic in a bowl.
  2. Whisk vinegar, oil, sugar, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour dressing over cucumbers and toss.
  4. Sprinkle with dill, if using.
  5. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  6. Serve chilled.

Notes

For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the dressing.
