Method
- Rinse and dry greens, place in a salad bowl.
- Trim and slice radishes, snap peas, asparagus, and shred carrots.
- Slice cucumber, section oranges, slice strawberries, kiwi, and dice apple.
- Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, maple syrup, Dijon, salt, and pepper.
- Add greens and vegetables to the bowl, toss with half the dressing.
- Arrange fruit over greens, sprinkle with mint, basil, and chives.
- Top with almonds, pecans, and pumpkin seeds.
- Drizzle remaining dressing, toss gently before serving.
Notes
Adjust the sweetness of the dressing to your liking by adding more or less maple syrup.
