Ingredients
  

Salad
  • 1 English cucumber
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp regular soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp gochugaru
  • 2 tsp rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar or white vinegar
  • 1 tsp white granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

Method
 

  1. Slice cucumber thinly.
  2. Combine dressing ingredients.
  3. Pour dressing over cucumber.
  4. Mix well and enjoy.
