  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

Method
 

  1. Wash and thinly slice the cucumbers.
  2. Whisk together mayonnaise, white vinegar, and sugar until sugar is dissolved.
  3. Add cucumbers to the dressing, toss gently, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
  5. Transfer to a serving dish and enjoy.

Notes

For an extra crunch, leave the cucumber skins on.
