Ingredients
  

Salad
  • 4 cups sliced English cucumber 1 ½ to 2 cucumbers
  • 0.5 cup sliced red onion
  • 1 pint grape or cherry tomatoes sliced in half
Dressing
  • 0.33 cup sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 0.75 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 1.5 teaspoons chopped fresh dill or ½ teaspoon dried
  • 0.25 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. Toss cucumbers, onion, and tomatoes in a bowl. Set aside.
  2. Whisk sour cream, mayonnaise, olive oil, vinegar, sugar, dill, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a measuring cup.
  3. Drizzle dressing over vegetables and stir to coat. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.

For best flavor, chill the salad for at least 30 minutes before serving.
