Method
- Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, dill, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth.
- Add sliced cucumbers (and red onion, if using) to the bowl.
- Gently toss to coat the cucumbers evenly with the dressing.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or 1-2 hours for best results).
