Ingredients
  

Salad
  • 2 large cucumbers thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • red onion Optional: thinly sliced

Method
 

  1. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, dill, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth.
  2. Add sliced cucumbers (and red onion, if using) to the bowl.
  3. Gently toss to coat the cucumbers evenly with the dressing.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or 1-2 hours for best results).
  5. Stir before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

For a tangier flavor, add a splash of lemon juice.
