Method
- Prepare ingredients: chop onions, celery, apple, herbs, and mince garlic. Chop the cooked chicken.
- Combine red onion, mayonnaise, mustard, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix well.
- Add celery, apple, and green onions. Stir to combine.
- Add chicken and stir until evenly combined.

For a lighter version, use Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise.
